Dr. Kampon Sriwatanakul, Chairman of the Thailand Charter of Health, delivered a keynote speech on “Advances in Exosomes, Senolytics, Heart, and Kidney Treatments.” His presentation highlighted:
- Exosomes: Nano-sized vesicles with potential as cell-free therapeutic agents.
- Senolytics: Treatments targeting the removal of senescent cells to promote health and longevity.
- NKT Cells: Their role in recognizing and eliminating aged cells, potentially mitigating age-related inflammation.
